Function Fee – R1500

We are delighted to host your special function.

• Functions with 20 guests or fewer – no venue hire fee applies
• Functions with more than 20 guests – a venue hire fee of R1500 will be charged.

Additional Information:

Additional campsites can be added to the booking for a larger group.
Bookings for campsites alone is not available. The cabins must form part of the reservation.
A cleaner is available at R210 per day (8.30am – 12pm) on request.
A 50% deposit secures your booking, balance 14 days prior to arrival.
EFT Only – no split bills please.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation: 10% admin fee.
• Cancellation within 29–7 days of arrival – 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 7–0 days of arrival – 100% cancellation fee.
• Any no shows or leaving mid stay will have a 100% cancellation fee.

Check-in: 1pm, checkout: 11am (Late check-out on request)
No motorbikes allowed – No Pets allowed
