Fishing
For the keen fisherman, the dam is stocked with bass and tilapia. A reminder that own tackle to be provided.

Dam
The clean water of the dam is ideal for swimming. Kayaks and Stand Up Boards are provided. And for the kids (and adventurous adults) a fun dam slide will provide hours of fun and laughter. Bring your own floating tubes.

Wildlife
Seaview is stocked with Zebra, Impala, Blesbok, Bushbuck, Duiker, Wildebeest and Warthog, along with a host of nocturnal animals. Self game drives are encouraged and 4×4 vehicles recommended. .

Seaview Game Farm is a bird watcher’s delight. Over 200 species have been recorded in this area of the coast and the diversity of the landscape on the farm is a haven to many of these species.

Trails
Both a mountain bike, trail running & hiking track will lead you into the heart of the farm where you can enjoy the silent tranquillity of nature, whilst also getting up close and personal with the game. The 6, 8,10 & 16km trails are well marked. And for the less active, these trails can also be walked at leisure.
